Plans underway for Frisbee Golf course in Windsor, Colorado

Fans of Frisbee Golf will hopefully have a new course to visit in northern Colorado, as plans are underway to open a Frisbee golf course at Poudre Natural Park. Plans call for a disc golf course to be built along 15 acres adjacent to the Poudre Pooch Park. Right now the Windsor Frisbee Golf disc course will be a nine-hole course.  You know that fans of Disc Golf in Colorado are going to be thrilled with a new course.

Organizers are expecting to build a mix of three, four and five par holes to get golfers a range of disc golf course to play. It is planned that the Poudre Park Frisbee Golf course will be open in time for the 2010 disc golf season. The course will be privately funded, land will be provided by the town. In order to make the Windsor Frisbee Golf course a reality however, volunteers and money is need.
